Dive Pool Systems will accept most returns of a new, unopened package containing the Salt System and its installation kit within 30 days of delivery for a refund. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (such as you received an incorrect item). Return packages must be packed to shipping standards and with clear packing tape.
All shipping damage must be reported within 14 days of original shipping date.
Dive Pools reserves the right to reject any return with obvious signs of use, attempted installation, product manipulation, unexplained damage or other indicia of wear.
Initiating a Return

* Order Number
* Date product received
* Reason for return
* Pictures of the product in its original packaging
Returns do not include free shipping – return shipping rates are calculated by the freight or courier company. If an order is canceled once in transit, it is considered a return, and the customer is responsible for any applicable return shipping costs. The cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
We strive to create pool equipment that simplify pool operations. A part of that commitment is making sure our products are durable and long‐lasting. Our limited warranty program provides that peace of mind. Please review and familiarize yourself with the terms of our warranty below.
LIMITED WARRANTY: Dive Pool Systems, Inc. warrants its Dive Salt SystemTM G1 to be free from defects in material and/or workmanship under normal use and service for a period of 12 Months from the original date of purchase and/or installation. Dive Pool Systems, Inc. also warrants its Dive Salt SystemTM G1 Replacement Cell to be free from defects in material and/or workmanship under normal use and service for a period of 36 Months from the original date of purchase and/or installation.
These warranties are applicable to products installed in private residential pools and purchased in US and Canada. Dive Pool Systems, Inc. only Warrants products that are purchased in the country in which they are installed and does this by tracking Product Keys. If you purchase our products from across the border you will not have a valid manufacturer’s warranty.
Proof of purchase is required for warranty service. If written proof of purchase is not provided, the manufacturing date code will be the sole determinant of the date of installation of the product.
1. Damage caused by improper handling, repackaging and shipping.
2. Damage or problems due to improper installation including installation on pools larger
than product rating.
3. Damage or problems resulting from the failure to install, operate or maintain the
product in accordance with the recommendations contained in the Installation and
4. Damage or problems resulting from failure to maintain pool water chemistry in
accordance with the recommendations in the Installation and Operations manual.
5. Damage or problems resulting from water freezing inside the product.
6. Problems resulting from tampering, accident, abuse, negligence, unauthorized repairs
or alternations, fire, flood, lightning, freezing, external water, degradation of natural stone used in or immediately adjacent to a pool or spa, war or acts of God.
Should a defect in workmanship and/or material in any item covered by this warranty become evident during the term of the warranty, then upon the customer following the procedures set forth below, Dive Pool Systems, Inc. will, at its sole option, repair or replace such product or part of equal value, in lieu of repair.
Dive Pool Systems, Inc. is not, however, responsible under this warranty for any cost of shipping or transportation of the product or parts. Also, Dive Pool Systems, Inc. is not liable for any loss of time, inconvenience, incidental expenses such as telephone calls, labor or material charges incurred in connection with the removal or replacement of the equipment, or any other incidental or consequential damages.
The above‐mentioned warranties are void if the product is repaired or altered in any way by any persons, agents or representatives other than those authorized by Dive Pool Systems, Inc.
NO OTHER WARRANTIES:
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dive Pool Systems, Inc. disclaims all other warranties, either expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, with regard to the product(s), part(s) and/or any accompanying written materials.
WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS BY OTHERS:
No third party has any authority to make any warranties or representation concerning Dive Pool Systems, Inc. or its products. Accordingly, Dive Pool Systems, Inc. is not responsible for any such warranties or representations.
